Following the acquisition of all necessary approvals from our specialised expert panel and partnering laboratories, along with comprehensive technical analysis and absolute verification of the product’s quality and integrity, our institution issues a formal “College Quality Endorsement Certificate”. 3. Regulatory Scope, Compliance Boundaries & Exclusions
In strict accordance with British regulatory frameworks, consumer protection laws, and statutory limitations, our technical testing and verification services operate within explicitly defined boundaries. We only assess commercial goods that do not require mandatory government-exclusive verification or specialised statutory oversight.

Permitted Categories
Our services are strictly tailored to non-restricted, standard commercial goods, consumer products, industrial components, and retail commodities that are legally permitted for open trade and distribution within the United Kingdom.

Absolute Exclusions and Limitations

To maintain compliance with national regulatory bodies, our Directorate does not accept, test, analyse, or endorse products falling under the following sensitive and highly regulated categories:
Food & Consumables: All forms of food, beverages, packaged items, dairy, and nutritional supplements fall strictly under the jurisdiction of the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and are excluded.
Agriculture & Livestock: All raw meats, poultry, plants, seeds, and organic agricultural derivatives are strictly excluded from our testing scope.
Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices: All medicines, drugs, chemical formulations for healthcare, and medical equipment must be evaluated solely by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Hazardous Materials & Chemicals: Substances classified as toxic, explosive, flammable, or hazardous under the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are strictly prohibited.
High-Voltage & Power Grid Equipment: Sensitive heavy-electrical infrastructure requiring direct national grid statutory certification is excluded.
Childcare Products & Toys: Goods manufactured for infants and toddlers that require specialized toxicity, material safety, and choking hazard certifications from government-designated bodies are excluded.

4. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Submission
We maintain a streamlined, highly professional, and transparent intake process for all external corporate testing requests. Organizations wishing to engage our analytical services must adhere to the following protocol:

Step 1: Formal Electronic Submission
All initial testing inquiries and service applications must be submitted via a formal corporate email to our centralized registry at: info@avnc.co.uk
The email subject line must strictly read: Technical Testing Request – [Company Name] – [Product Category].
The body of the email must include a comprehensive description of the product, its intended commercial application, technical specifications, and specific compliance goals.

Step 2: Evaluation Phase & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Upon receipt of your formal email, the intake team within our Research Unit will initiate a preliminary regulatory and technical feasibility screening.
The 10-Day Communication SLA: A dedicated technical liaison from our unit will contact your designated corporate representative within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of submission.
During this follow-up, our team will outline the next procedural steps, coordinate logistics for physical sample delivery to our designated laboratory facilities, discuss customized testing parameters, and provide an initial commercial quote.

Step 3: Testing and Certification
Once terms are finalized and samples are securely logged, the product undergoes rigorous laboratory analysis. Final independent evaluation reports and, where applicable, the College Quality Endorsement Certificate, will be prepared and delivered according to the agreed project timeline.
